Villa Prices and Terms 2012 Season
Payment Terms
Payment to be made by bank transfer - 30% upon booking and 70% 8 weeks prior to rental.
Air Conditioning
There is a charge for the use of Air Conditioning of £35/week which will be added to the cost of the booking.
Deposits
We request a refundable deposit of £100 for any major breakages, to be paid with the final balance.
Maid Service
The villa will be cleaned prior to your arrival and for any bookings of 2 weeks there will be an extra mid stay linen change. Extra cleaning service/linen change can be arranged on request and at an extra cost.
Arrivals & Departures
New arrivals to Villa Christine can gain access from 2pm onwards, on the day of departure the villa must be vacated by 11am to allow for cleaning etc. There may be some flexibility with this arrangement depending on bookings.
Important Note
We do not accept bookings from all male, all female or mixed groups. We only accept bookings from families and couples only.

June 2012 £500
July 2012 £600
August 2012 £700
September 2012 £500
October 2012 £400
(peak season is from Sat 21st July 2012 to Sun 2nd Sept 2012)
(end of October is classed as mid season and priced @ £500/week)
