Villa Prices and Terms 2010 Season
Payment Terms
Payment to be made by bank transfer - 50% upon booking and 50% 6 weeks prior to rental.
Deposits
We request a refundable deposit of £100 for any major breakages, to be paid at the time of booking.
Maid Service
The villa will be cleaned prior to your arrival and for any bookings of 2 weeks there will be an extra mid stay linen change. Extra cleaning service/linen change can be arranged on request and at an extra cost.
Arrivals & Departures
New arrivals to Villa Christine can gain access from 2pm onwards, on the day of departure the villa must be vacated by 11am to allow for cleaning etc. There may be some flexibility with this arrangement depending on bookings.

We do not accept bookings from all male or all female groups

(peak season is from Sat 24th July 2010 to Sun 5th Sept 2010)
